TROY — Two Tipp City residents accused of running an escort service from a Tipp City residence face felony charges of promoting prostitution and misdemeanor alleging drug possession.

Police allege Leah M. Ferguson, 36, and Quinten Sensabaugh, 30, have operated a business, A Little Piece of Heaven, from an Elias Court home.

The two were arrested Thursday, Jan. 8, and arraigned Friday in Miami County Municipal Court. Tipp City police, Dayton police and an assistant Miami County prosecutor executed a search warrant at the residence Thursday night.

A phone book advertisement for the alleged business offers "attractive male and female" escorts in a "discreet and confidential" manner.

Police reports say a woman who knows Ferguson reported an alleged prostitution business being run by Ferguson, claiming she told her she used women from Dayton to provide services.

Ferguson and Sensabaugh also face misdemeanor charges of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bail was set at $17,750. Their next court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 13.
