Car flips on Interstate 75, one person hurt

DAYTON — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one-vehicle accident on Interstate 75 north near the Benchwood Road exit, according to a Dayton post dispatcher.
The accident was called in at 11:52 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 9. One car came to rest on its top close to the highway median in the far-left lane of northbound Interstate 75.
An Englewood ambulance took one person to Grandview Hospital after the accident, but an Englewood dispatcher said the person's injuries were not life-threatening, and the trip to the hospital was precautionary.
There was a minor traffic back-up on the highway, but three lanes were open and allowing vehicles through a short time after the ambulance left the scene.
