FRANKLIN — A Dayton man was literally getting a "steal" by shopping at Wal-Mart, police say.
Kylce McIntosh, 53 of 2797 Westfield Ave., was arrested Saturday outside the Wal-Mart Supercenter after police said he switched the barcode sticker on a "Slimline computer with a barcode from a $16.98 bar stool," according to reports.

Wal-Mart employee Jeremy Carr told police store surveillance tape shows McIntosh paying $16.98 for the $498 computer Saturday. They also have a tape of the man buying another computer a day earlier with a bar code from a bag of birdseed, according to police reports.
McIntosh was arrested Saturday for theft and criminal trespass at the Franklin store. He was banned from entering any Wal-Mart by the company after an earlier theft complaint, reports stated.
McIntosh refused to talk to police without an attorney, but officers discovered a bar code sticker and a receipt for the bar stool in his pocket when he was booked Saturday into the Warren County Jail, reports said.
McIntosh posted $1,250 bond later that day and was released.
He pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor charges Tuesday in Franklin Municipal Court and is scheduled to appear May 29 for a pretrial hearing.
