Christmas Day murder suspect to remain in jail

The suspect in the shooting death of a Carlisle man on Christmas Day will remain in the Warren County Jail on $500,000 bond.

Franklin Municipal Judge Rupert Ruppert set the bond today for Zackary Wilson, 25, during an arraignment using a video link with the jail on Lebanon.

Wilson is charged with murdering Jeremy Foxx, 24, of Carlisle. Foxx's body was found in Montgomery Avenue in Franklin Twp. on Christmas night.

Wilson was arrested on Dec. 27 and has been held since in the jail in Lebanon.

During today's arraignment, Wilson said he would be represented by Bill Fowler, a lawyer in Lebanon.

Fowler could not be immediately reached for comment.
