Cincinnati man wanted on sex crimes may be in Dayton area, police say

Cincinnati police say a man wanted on multiple sex-related charges may be in the Dayton area.

James W. Spencer, 31, has warrants for his arrest on three counts of gross sexual imposition, all felony charges, and additional charges are pending, according to an alert issued today by the Cincinnati Police Department.

Spencer is described as standing 6 feet 2 inches and weighing 220 pounds. He may be in Cincinnati, Dayton or Columbus. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
