Bellbrook Plaza, a retail center off Ohio 725 and Wilmington Pike, has two new tenants, reports Doug Phingstag, managing director of Innovation Property Management.
The Blind Spot — which offers blinds and curtains, glass products and more — has moved into the plaza, taking 3,064 square feet, Phingstag said. A new Little Caesars Pizza restaurant has moved in as well, taking 1,590 square feet, he said.
The shopping center has better than 96 percent occupancy, Phingstag said. It counts Tik’s Thai Grill, Cuvee Wine Bar & Cellar and Four-Star Design Studio, among others, as tenants.
