Board of realtors names officers, directors for 2011

DAYTON — The Dayton Area Board of Realtors has announced those elected to serve as officers and directors for 2011.

In January, Bob Wilson, a broker and manager with Irongate Realtors, will become the organization’s president, DABR officials said. Wilson, a 36-year veteran of the real estate business, currently serves as president-elect, officials said.

Anjanette Frye will be president-elect for 2011 and will become president the following year, a DABR release states. Frye, a DABR member for 18 years, is a broker and vice president with RCF Properties. She is the board’s treasurer.

Deborah McCuiston, associated with Coldwell Banker Heritage, will remain with the board as immediate past president.

Nancy Farkas of Coldwell Banker Heritage will serve as the board’s treasurer next year.

Those who in January who will begin three-year terms include: Jan Leverett of Irongate Realtors; Ralph Mantica of Kinzeler Realtors; Bob Morrison of Irongate Realtors; and Tammy Murphy of Exit Realty Partners. 

Others board members include: Lisa Arzate of Coldwell Banker Heritage; Ed Griffith of Irongate; Mark Kottman of Real Living Realty Services; Guy Roth of BH&G Real Estate Big Hill; Howard Schumacher of Irongate; and Deborah Sasser of Coldwell Banker Heritage. 

Sham Reddy of Real Living Realty Services and Jim Weckesser of Coldwell Banker Heritage are retiring from the board, DABR officials said.
