KETTERING — A grand opening and ribbon-cutting are scheduled for 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8 at the Orange Leaf Yogurt location at 424 E. Stroop Road in the Town & Country Shopping Center, according to franchise owner Brad Shipe.

Yogurt will be 50 percent off from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Shipe said. Kettering city officials and representatives of the Kettering Moraine Oakwood Chamber of Commerce are scheduled to attend the ribbon-cutting.

Shipe has said he is scouting locations in the Beavercreek area for a second location and may open two additional Orange Leaf shops elsewhere in the Dayton area. The Oklahoma City-based chain has more than 200 stores across the country.

The yogurt shop’s hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 9 p.m. Sunday. For more information, call (937) 299-9939 or check out the “Orange Leaf Kettering” Facebook page.
