VANDALIA — Shen’s Szechuan & Sushi , which opened in the former Mr. Lee’s Fine Dining location in July, will host a grand opening and ribbon-cutting from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sept. 24.
The ribbon-cutting will be held at 6 p.m., a Lion Dance is scheduled for 7 p.m., and Chinese musicians performing with traditional Chinese instruments will perform starting at 5 p.m. The restaurant is located at 7580 Poe Ave. east of Interstate 75.
