DAYTON — Gudorf Law Group LLC said Tuesday has purchased a 7,500 square foot building at 8143 N. Main St. in Clayton near Samaritan North Hospital and the interchange of Interstate 70 and Ohio 48. The firm purchased the buildingr to allow for future expansion.
The building is 16 years old and currently has two local businesses that occupy 4,225 square feet of the space. Gudorf Law Group said it plans on renovating the remaining 3,275 square feet and relocating its current office, which is located next door at 8141 N. Main S., into the new building. The firm plans to move into the space before Labor Day.
