The Holiday Inn Dayton Mall will adopt the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts nameplate in the fall, changes that will follow a major upgrade to the hotel, according to a news release.
The 134-room hotel will operate as the Wyndham Garden Dayton South following the change, the release states.
Upgrades include improvements to the hotel’s public spaces and guest rooms, business and fitness centers, gift shop, meeting spaces, restaurant and lounge, the release states.
