FAIRBORN — The Dayton chapter of InfraGard, a nationwide partnership between the FBI and private sector, is offering a workshop for companies on how to recover from an information technology disaster and continue business operations.
The Aug. 19 event is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Nutter Center’s Berry Room. The topics are also to include risk and business impact assessments, security policies and strategy, and business continuity planning.
Stephen Northcutt, president of the SANS Technology Institute, will lead the workshop.
The cost is $150 for members of the InfraGard Dayton Members Alliance and $200 for non-members. Registration is required. For more information, go to http://infragard.dayton.oh.us.
