LexisNexis has been named the official online research provider for the 2012 Republican National Convention.
The electronic research company will give the convention access to its online services, and also will provide on-site research expertise, assistance and resources for the convention planners and credentialed media, officials said.
The 2012 Republican National Convention will be held Aug. 27-30 at the Tampa Bay Times Forum in Tampa, Fla. Nearly 50,000 people are expected to attend the event, officials said.
LexisNexis has about 3,400 employees and contractors in Miami Twp., which is the company’s biggest single concentration of employment.
