The Home Builders Association of Dayton has selected a site in Washington Twp. to serve as the conditional site of its 2012 Homearama, according to a news release.
The event will be held in The Springs at the Villages of Winding Creek, the release states. Design Homes and Development will act as developer for the event.
The development is located off Social Row Road, just east of Ohio 48.
HBA president Jeff Grisez in a statement said the Villages of Winding Creek provides a good venue for the homes showcased in Homearama.
“The Springs has an excellent sales history over the past two years, which demonstrates the best opportunity for home buyers to own a Homearama show house in 2012,” he said.
