DAYTON — The Dayton Area Board of Realtors on Thursday recognized several people for their contributions to the community and the real estate industry.

Those honored at a ceremony at DABR’s 1515 S. Main St., headquarters include:

• Teresa Stewart as affiliate of the year. Stewart, who works for Sterling Land Title Agency, has been a DABR member since 2004 and has served on several committees.
• Candy Prystalowski, an associate with Irongate Inc., was recognized as affiliate of the year. She has been active in the Valley Military Affairs Association.
• Rhonda Chambal of Prudential One REALTORS®, was recognized as rookie of the year. Licensed since 2009, Chambal has achieved more than $3.2 million in sales.
• Phil Sparks of Woodbourne Real Estate was named owner/manager of the year. He also has served on several DABR committees as well as volunteered in community organizations in Beavercreek.
• Sham Reddy of Real Living Realty Services was named salesperson of the year. He was a director with DABR between 2005 and 2010 and chaired or served on several committees.
