Keith Kral was named senior vice president and chief loan officer of National Bank and Trust Co., the Wilmington bank announced today

As chief loan officer, Kral oversees the bank’s commercial and agricultural lending operation and manages a team of lenders to develop business. He started in the position Dec. 3, the bank said.

The Miami University alumnus has more than 20 years of sales and management experience as a financial services and retail sales professional.

The previous chief loan officer retired.

National Bank and Trust is a local publicly traded community bank with 23 offices in seven counties, including locations in Clinton, Montgomery and Warren counties. It is Clinton County’s largest bank by deposits in that county of $218 million, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
