Paycor looking to hire at least 60 people

Staff Report

CINCINNATI — aycor Inc., a software applications company that provides payroll and human resources data services to companies, said it is hiring at least 60 people to keep up with the growth in its business.

Paycor is looking for information technology specialists, software developers, marketing specialists, and sales managers and sales representatives.

The Cincinnati-based company has added 1,200 clients since January, spokeswoman Robbie Jennings said Friday, Feb. 19. Paycor serves companies nationwide, and said it has a total of more than 15,000 clients. It has offices in 13 major cities — including Kettering at 3140 Governors Place Blvd. —and in all of Ohio’s metropolitan areas.

In January, Paycor said it had released an updated version of HR Performer, a Web-based software system that allows human resources managers to perform administrative functions online.

The system allows integration of human resources and payroll data.

Paycor said its software engineers anticipate additional product releases this year, including features that allow connection with benefits carriers, combined payroll and human resources reporting capability, and multiple approvals of requests.

Job applicants may go to the company’s Web site at www.paycor.com. The company can also be reached at 1-800-381-0053.

The business provides payroll, and in some cases additional services, for the Cincinnati Reds baseball team, Cincinnati Zoo, Dorothy Lane Market, the Cassano’s restaurant chain, Chicago comedy club Second City and Churchill Downs, the Louisville racetrack that hosts the Kentucky Derby.
