DAYTON – Law firm Pickrel, Schaeffer and Ebeling has renewed its lease at the Kettering Tower, the Downtown Dayton Partnership said Friday.

“After researching all our options, we feel downtown Dayton is a great central location to serve all our clients, which are located throughout the Dayton region,” said Paul Zimmer, president of the firm.

The firm, established in 1915, employs more than 40, the release states.

It is located on the 27th floor of Kettering Tower.

Downtown Dayton has more than 100 law firms as well as city, county and federal courts, said Sandra Gudorf, president of the partnership.

“The concentration of law firms downtown makes it easy to network with other professionals and clients,” Gudorf said. “Even in the age of electronic filing, downtown’s easy access to the courts remains important for many firms and helps make downtown the perfect address for law firms to do business. We appreciate Pickrel, Schaeffer and Ebeling’s commitment to our downtown.”
