BEAVERCREEK — The Salons @ The Greene has expanded and added a second location in the The Greene Towne Center.

The original Salon @ The Greene is still operating in a 4,400-square-foot space at 112 Magnolia Lane, and the second location — just down the street at 82 Magnolia Lane and encompassing 3,000 square feet — is now open, according to a spokeswoman for The Greene. The new salon adds 13 stations, or suites, to the existing salon’s 21.

Steve Willshaw, The Greene’s general manager, said a total of 9,737 square feet of retail space and 19,800 square feet of office space were leased at the center in 2012.

“The demand for both retail and commercial space exceeded our forecasts,” Willshaw said. “Obviously, the economic recovery contributed to a successful 2012, but that degree of growth also reflects the unique nature of The Greene and its tenants. We fully anticipate an even stronger 2013.”
