BEAVERCREEK — The Greene is adding three new tenants with another half-dozen or so to come, according to Kelli Kooken, the development’s marketing director.

The additions to The Greene’s roster of stores include:

• Kilwins, a candy shop that offers chocolates, fudge, and ice cream, which will open this summer on Holly Drive next to Life Is Good and across from the Express store.

The Michigan-based chain, founded in 1947, operates 80 stores across the U.S., but the company’s web site suggests this will be the first Kilwins shop in Ohio.

• Teavana, a store specializing in loose-leaf teas and tea accessories, will open this summer on Glengarry Drive between Brio restaurant & Gymboree. Atlanta-based Teavana was founded in 1997 and its shops are part retail shop and part tea emporium, offering more than 100 selections of loose-leaf tea from all over the world. Teavana currently has over 200 locations in the U.S. and Mexico.

• Select Kitchen Design, which has a showroom at 2741 Lyons Road in Miami Twp. behind the Dayton Mall, will open soon on Juniper Way next to Clark’s. The company specializes in custom kitchen design, cabinetry, counter surfacing, and doors and windows.

Kooken said more new-tenant announcements are coming in the coming months.
