Help us identify the best places to work in the Dayton and Springfield areas.

The nomination deadline has been extended until Sept. 21 for the Dayton and Springfield Top Workplaces 2013 project.

The program recognizes employers that stand for the best in leadership, vision, an employee-centered culture and other qualities.

If a company agrees to participate, our partner in this effort, WorkplaceDynamics, will conduct anonymous surveys of employees, then compile the information for us.

Any organization with at least 35 employees in the area is eligible to participate. That organization can be public, private, nonprofit or government. Anyone can submit a nomination, including employees, customers, vendors and the company itself.
