White-Allen parent company acquires dealership

DAYTON — The parent company of White-Allen European Auto Group, the Dayton-based auto dealer group, has acquired the Integrity Ford and Lincoln dealership in Spearfish, S.D.

Terms of the acquisition by White Family of Automobile Dealerships were not disclosed. Integrity Ford and Lincoln will be renamed White’s Canyon Motors.

It was the company’s second acquisition in the western South Dakota community of Spearfish, the prior one being White’s Queen City Motors.

The White Family of Automobile Dealerships includes retailers of foreign and domestic cars in Ohio, Wyoming and South Dakota. It has about 700 employees and annual sales of $450 million. Hugh White, grandfather of current company president Tim White, founded the company in 1914 in Zanesville, Ohio.
