In August, City Manager Rob Anderson said the project would bring an anticipated 150 jobs to Fairborn.

On Friday, the city of Fairborn posted a tweet showing Anderson drinking a Pepsi with the text, “Project Soho. So refreshing. #Pepsi”.

It’s unclear if the new development will impact Pepsi’s bottling facility at 526 Milburn Ave., one of the major employers in Old North Dayton.

This newsroom is working to learn more details about the deal.
