A coming-soon golf driving range applies for full liquor license

A golf driving range in the works south of Troy in Miami County has applied for a full liquor license.

The application from Long Shots Entertainment LLC, doing business as Long Shots Driving Range, for a full liquor license was filed Nov. 7 with the Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Liquor Control. If approved, the license would allow the driving range that is under development at 2315 S. County Road 25A in Concord Twp. south of Troy to serve beer, wine and mixed drinks until 2:30 a.m., according to state division of liquor control records.

The owners of Long Shots Driving Range told this news outlet that they were still formulating plans for the new business, and would release more details after the first of the year.

According to the Long Shots Driving Range Facebook page, the range is under construction and is "planning on a Spring 2018 grand opening."
