BELLBROOK — The H1N1 virus vaccine will be available for free in mist form for students and eligible community members Dec. 10 at the Sugarcreek Education Center on Upper Bellbrook Road.

There will be two different clinic times offered by the Greene County Combined Health District.

Bellbrook High School students who turn in a signed consent form by Dec. 4 can get the vaccine from 12:30 to 2 p.m.

Other students, school staff and eligible district residents can get the mist vaccine from 4:15 to 7 p.m. To get the vaccine, you must be healthy without underlying medical conditions, and fall into one of these groups: Anyone age 2 to 24, health-care or emergency medical personnel younger than 50, or those younger than 50 who live with or care for infants.

For consent forms or more information, visit www.sugarcreek.k12 .oh.us.
