On March 18, “He Was Still Hungry...” will feature a visit from the star of Eric Carle’s classic picture book, “The Very Hungry Caterpillar,” originally published 1969.
The program, aimed at children in preschool through fifth grade and their families, will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Centerville Library. Kids will have a chance to meet the storybook character and make crafts.
The event is part of Washington-Centerville Public Library’s “Great Books, Great Libraries,” program series, the library’s year-long celebration of the its 200th anniversary.
