Two heart disease tests will be offered at KMC Sycamore Hospital on June 26.

CHAS Level 1 is a basic assessment measuring lipid levels (LDL,HDL, Triglycerides), glucose, blood pressure and other risk factors for heart disease at 8:30 a.m. on June 26 at KMC Sycamore Hospital, 4000 Miamisburg Centerville Road, Miamisburg. A 12-hour fast is required. Call (937) 384-4884 to register. Cost is $18 for YA Plus; $21 all others.

CHAS Level 2 tests for thickening of an artery, the earliest detectable evidence of atherosclersosis with a new ultrasound imaging test on June 26 at ?11:30 a.m. at KMC Sycamore Hospital, 4000 Miamisburg Centerville Road. Additional ultrasound tests detect plaque in carotid arteries (neck) and check for poor circulation in lower extremities. Call (937) 384-4884 to register.
