5th suspect arrested in Warren County kidnapping, robbery

UPDATE @ 9:39 a.m. (Nov. 22):

A fifth suspect wanted in connection to an October assault and robbery turned himself into the Warren County Jail Monday night.

Kaine Tomlin, 21, of Delhi, is being held on a charge of kidnapping and robbery and his bond is set at $350,000, according to a release from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

INITIAL REPORT (Nov. 21):

Warren County sheriff’s officials have arrested a fourth person, and are seeking a fifth suspect, in an October assault and robbery.

On Monday, Nov. 21, detectives arrested three additional suspects in the Oct. 10 robbery in Wayne Twp.

Hayley Patrustie, 18, of Cincinnati; David Stephens, 20, of Fairfield; and Dillon Baum, 18, of Liberty Twp., were each arrested and charged with kidnapping and robbery. They are in Warren County Jail.

Detectives also arrested a juvenile suspect last week.

Police are still seeking Kaine Tomlin, 21, of Delhi, on counts of kidnapping and robbery.

The five suspects are accused of using social media to contact a victim and arrange a meeting. The group allegedly starting to assault the male victim after picking him up.

The victim was robbed of several hundred dollars and left on the side of the road, according to a media release.
