Break-in alert issued in Warren County

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office urged residents Thursday to make sure vehicles are locked when parked outside, no valuables are left in vehicles and garage doors are closed.

The office is investigating a sudden increase in vehicle break-ins.

Nine vehicles in South Lebanon and the Wayne and Turtlecreek township areas were broken into Wednesday and Thursday. At least three people were observed getting into unlocked cars and taking “items of value,” according to a press release. The suspects are also alleged to have entered open garage doors and taken items from vehicles inside.

Detectives provided surveillance photos in hopes of identifying the suspects. Anyone with information is urged to call 513-695-1598.
