On May 10, a 15‐year‐old girl disclosed to a school counselor that the defendants had reportedly forced her and another 15‐year‐old girl to perform sex acts and pose for explicit photos, according to a media release.
Dayton police investigated and found forensic and physical evidence that corroborated the teens’ account, according to the prosecutor’s office.
Heard was indicted on two counts trafficking in persons; two counts compelling prostitution; two counts complicity to commit unlawful sexual conduct with a minor; and one count pandering obscenity involving a minor.
White was indicted on two counts trafficking in persons; one count rape; one count pandering obscenity involving a minor; two counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor; and two counts compelling prostitution.
The compelling prostitution charges all include human trafficking specifications, which carry a mandatory three‐year sentence.
White and Heard remain in Montgomery County Jail. They will be arraigned May 24.
UPDATE @ 4 p.m. (May 13)
Bond was set at $100,000 today for Jermar White, and a public defender will be appointed for him, according to a Dayton Municipal Court clerk.
Iesha Heard’s bond was set at $25,000 and counsel will be appointed for her.
Both defendants have preliminary hearings set for May 20 in Dayton Municipal Court.

Two people are in Montgomery County Jail on compelling prostitution charges.
Jermar W. White, 31, of the 800 block of Lilac Avenue in Dayton, is in jail on charges of rape, gross sexual imposition, compelling prostitution, promoting prostitution, unlawful sexual conduct and pandering obscenity, all of which are felony offenses.
Iesha C. Heard, 20, is in the jail on charges of gross sexual imposition, compelling prostitution, promoting prostitution, unlawful sexual conduct and pandering obscenity, all felony charges.
In a Dayton Municipal Court affidavit filed Thursday, White and Heard are accused of forcing two 15-year-old girls to perform oral sex on White, as well as make dates and perform sex acts for hire through a website.
One of the underage girls told police she was approached by White and Heard to prostitute herself on the website, according to court records.
Two juvenile girls were ordered to pose in their underwear and bras while White and Heard took photos of them, court records show. Those photos were then posted on the website to set up dates.
