Man accused of trying to have sex with van in Dayton

Police said officers responded to the report of a man who was “acting strange.”

The suspect then briefly passed out in a yard before getting up and walking away after he “violated” the van, according to witnesses statements.

Police said officers found him walking along Deanwood Avenue and he appeared to be under the influence.

Police said officers found the owner of the van and asked him if he witnessed “the sex act,” to which the man said “no.”

Henson is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $2,500 bond.
