A 34-year-old Miamisburg man convicted Friday of the brutal beating of a woman outside Cheeks Gentleman’s Club last spring is back in jail after he violated the conditions of his release.
Aaron Miller on Friday was allowed to remain free on a conditional own recognizance bond until his May 18 sentencing. The only condition imposed was that he have no contact with the victim, according to online Montgomery County Common Pleas Court records. It was not clear when Miller allegedly violated the terms.
Within four days his COR bond was revoked when on Tuesday Common Pleas Judge Michael Krumholtz ordered him held without bond. He is due back in court Thursday morning, court and jail records show.

A Miamisburg man was convicted today in the brutal beating of a woman last spring outside Cheeks Gentleman’s Club in West Carrollton.
Aaron Miller, 34, pleaded guilty to felonious assault causing serious harm stemming from the May 27, 2016, incident in the parking lot of the club, 906 Watertower Lane.
The investigation, including surveillance video and witness statements, showed that Miller attacked the 28-year-old woman, repeatedly kicking and striking her, police said.

“This defendant brutally beat the innocent victim in a random attack,” Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr. stated in a release. “His actions caused her tremendous pain and suffering, and we will strongly request that the court sentence him to the penitentiary.”
Miller will be sentenced May 8.
