A police report indicated she was found in a trash can.
She is currently in the Montgomery County Jail, facing additional charges through the Dayton Police Department, according to the release.
On Monday, Warren County authorities turned to the public for help in locating Gilbert after she failed to return from a medical furlough.
Gilbert was held on a misdemeanor charge, failure to appear for child support, issued from the Warren County Common Pleas Court Domestic Relations Division.
She also now is facing a felony escape charge in Warren County, as well as unspecified charges in Montgomery County.
