On March 22, an incident report stated drugs were found near the loading dock and trash dumpster at the jail and included a hand-written note.

A corrections officer found two rubber gloves wrapped in black electrical tape inside a Doritos bag. One glove held loose tobacco and the remains of suspected used chunks of heroin.

The other had tobacco and suspected used crystal meth, plus a note that said, in part: “Hi Donny/Kevin everyone else keep your head up! Thanks for being so good to me.” The note ended, “They can’t hold you forever.”

The incident report tied the contraband to inmate Donnell Stockman, who was assigned to the loading dock, was removed from inmate worker status two days before. Stockman was booked into the jail Jan. 28 and was still there March 30.

No new charges have been filed against any of the inmates or prisoners, according to online court records. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office officials declined to comment.
