Bronco’s Cody Latimer in scuffle with strip club bouncer, pepper-sprayed, media reports say

The Denver Bronco's receiver Cody Latimer appeared in a video in a scuffle with a Bouncer at an Ohio strip club, according to media reports, but police were never called to investigate.

The dispute at the Diamonds Cabaret in Washington Township, about 10 miles south of Dayton, back in February was reportedly over the dress code.

The Bronco's told a Denver Post reporter Sunday that the team was aware of a previous incident involving Latimer.

"We are aware of the matter from several months ago involving Cody Latimer, and it has been discussed with him," according to a tweet from Post reporter Nicki Jhabvala.

In the video obtained by the tabloid website TMZ, Latimer is seen slapping a bouncer, who then pepper-sprayed the football player.

Latimer’s uncle then lunged at the bouncer, who knocked the uncle to the ground.

The Bronco's receiver was not charged in the incident, according to a search of local court records.

The NFL is expected to review the case possible violations of its personal conduct policy, according to the Denver Post.
