A Clark County grand jury approved the charges against Fambro in a direct indictment Monday, according to court records.

Investigators said Fambro obtained and used a doctor’s Drug Enforcement Administration number to illegally call in prescriptions to different pharmacies around Clark County, Clark County Prosecutor Andy Wilson said.

The woman then allegedly paid different people to go to the pharmacies and pick up the forged medications, he said.

Fambro isn’t listed as an inmate in the Clark County Jail and is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges in a Clark County Common Pleas court later this week, according to court records.
