A Nisson Maxima crashed through the living room of a home just before 11 p.m. Nov. 29 at 803 Lilac Ave. Maria Davis, 39, was pronounced dead at the home, and her 7-year-old son, Jerome Davis, was pronounced dead that night at Dayton Children’s Hospital.
According to a Dayton Municipal Court affidavit, Williams-Parks fled on foot after the crash on Lilac Avenue and was caught by a Dayton police officer.
A second person was believed to have been in the car, but police have not said who was driving.
