1. Names of the victims

The victims of a Greene County double homicide on Sunday have been identified as William “Skip” Brown, 44, and Sherri Mendenhall, 63, by the Montgomery County Coroner’s office.

Brown was the owner of the Legendary Roofing Company and operated an art gallery out of the property where he was found dead. Mendenhall and Brown were neighbors.

We are working to learn more about Mendenhall.

2. Shooter is at large; details on shootings not released

Currently there are no suspects in this case and more details in the manner of their deaths have not been released. Greene County Sheriff Gene Fischer said there's still "a lot of footwork that needs to be done" in their investigation.

3. First homicides in area in 13 years

The shooting took place in Miami Twp., just outside of Yellow Springs and a mile north of Antioch University Midwest. The last homicide in Yellow Springs was in 2004 when Phillip Cordell killed his childhood friend Timothy Harris.

NOTE: An earlier version incorrectly reported the last homicide as a 2002 case.
