The Bellefontaine mother accused of smothering her three sons to death appeared in court on Monday.
A judge set a May 15 deadline for attorneys to submit any additional motions in the case of Brittany Pilkington, Logan County Prosecutor Eric Stewart said. No new date for trial was set.
Pilkington, 25, has pleaded not guilty to three counts of aggravated murder in the deaths of her three sons over 13 months and faces the death penalty.
Infant Niall died in July 2014, 4-year-old Gavin Pilkington in April of 2015, and 3-month-old Noah four months later in August 2015.
