Reginald A. Dowdell Jr. is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and assault on a police officer following his indictment Friday by a Montgomery County grand jury.
Dowdell is the suspected driver in the Dec. 26 police chase, which ended when the driver crashed in the area of Guthrie and Vance roads in Moraine. The driver was able to run away.
Police later that day arrested Dowdell at his home, records show.
