TROTWOOD (Oct. 20): An unlucky driver had a premonition it would be a bad day after being stopped by police on Curundu Avenue for speeding. He admitted to the officer he did not have a driver’s license because it was suspended.
“You might know I would get stopped when I have money and weed on me,” he told the officer.
The marijuana came in two small baggies and the money in his pocket added up to $4,800. He said he won the money in a court judgment, and the car he was driving belonged to his baby’s mother, but the vehicle belonged to a local car dealer.
He was taken to Montgomery County Jail. Marc Katz
