Driver unaware of missing fourth tire

ENGLEWOOD (Aug. 31): The clue that she might have been impaired involved her driving on South Main St. on only three tires.
The fourth tire was missing from the rim.
Stopped at 4:12 a.m., she said she had been visiting her boyfriend in Miamisburg and was on her way home to West Chester Twp. and did not seem to know she was way lost or that her breath test would register more than twice the limit at .198.
She was arrested for operating an unsafe vehicle, OVI, given a court date and released to her mother.
