TIPP CITY - A father and son face felony charges after Miami County sheriff’s investigators said they found more than 100 marijuana plants today, June 30, at a home on Shoshoni Way.
“They had a fairly elaborate indoor growing operation,” sheriff’s Lt. Steve Lord said.
A search warrant was executed at the address this morning.
Stanley Street, 50, and his son, Aaron Street, 21, have been charged with cultivating marijuana, Lord said.
Lord said the plants and cultivating equipment were seized, and additional charges are possible.
