KETTERING — A 34-year-old Kettering woman is on electronic home detention after her arrest on a felony sexual assault warrant out of West Virginia, according to Kettering police and Montgomery County Common Pleas records.
A hearing for Lisa Kelly, of Mirimar Street, is Jan. 14 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
Kettering police arrested her at her home Dec. 8 on the warrant. She was booked into the county Jail and released Dec. 14 to pretrial services, and placed on electronic home detention as a part of her bond, according to Vanessa Carter, the county’s deputy court administrator.
A records search did not show where the warrant is based in West Virginia. And, the warrant Kettering police received did not specify where the alleged crime was committed, Officer Michael Burke said.
According to a document filed Dec. 11 in the county court, the arrest warrant was issued in West Virginia after Kelly was accused of being sexually involved with a 16-year-old boy.
The same document said her husband, Greg Kelly of Stoutsville, Ohio, is a sexual predator who spent 12 years in prison for attempted rape. He is registered as a Tier Three sex offender in Fairfield County.
Lisa Kelly, who Burke said is also known as Lisa Roberts, filed for divorce Dec. 4.
