Amir Shabazz, 26, remains in the Greene County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond after pleading not guilty in Common Pleas court to racketeering, complicity and passing bad checks charges.
Justin A. Jackson, 21, pleaded not guilty June 19 to similar charges.
Shabazz and Jackson, along with Harold T. Freeman III, 26, and Trenton M. Spencer, 24, are accused of passing the checks since October 2008, Fairborn police Sgt. Matthew Ricketts said.
