DAYTON — A Dayton man was indicted on two felonious counts of vehicular homicide this week in the death of a West Alexandria motorist while allegedly driving under the influence in April.

Justin M. Henderson, 20, of Woodbine Avenue, was indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury Oct. 13 on two felonious counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while under the influence, said Kettering Officer Michael Burke.

Mary J. Farrow, 41, died in the April 26 accident.

At about 1:40 a.m., Henderson was driving a white Oldsmobile Cutlass northbound on Research Boulevard when he failed to stop at a red light at the Shakertown Road intersection, Burke said. Henderson’s vehicle then crashed into Farrow’s Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Henderson, who admitted to police he had been drinking, had blood alcohol content of .266 percent, more than three times the state limit of .08, Burke said.

Henderson had been driving with a suspended license, Burke said.

He was being held in the Montgomery County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail as of 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16.
