HARRISON TWP., Montgomery County – A 56-year-old woman was taken into custody early Saturday, Sept. 4, after a man was found inside a Harrison Twp. apartment with several stab wounds.
The woman, Lynnette Holland of 4240 Briar Place, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to that address at 2:38 a.m. on a report of an assault and found Holland in the parking lot with “a large amount of blood on her,” according to a news release.
Deputies entered the apartment and found the 50-year-old unconscious man, who had been stabbed several times. He was transported to Miami Valley Hospital with life-threatening injuries, the sheriff’s office said.
More information, including the victim’s name, could not be obtained from the sheriff’s office Saturday morning.
