A Springfield woman was charged with public indecency after Clark County Sheriff’s deputies say they saw her outside the Clark County jail lifting her skirt and exposing her buttocks, apparently toward someone in the jail.

The woman, Kristina Louise Booghier, 21, was in the parking lot on East Columbia Street around 4 p.m. when deputies spotted her, reports said.

She appeared to be trying to communicate with an inmate inside the jail with hand gestures, then bent over and lifted her skirt, reports said “in a manner that her actions could be viewed by inmates within the ajil and any bystanders in the area.”

She was charged with public indecency and ordered into court.
