VANDALIA — A possible software problem has caused parts of the Vandalia Municipal Court web site not to function, according to Karen Goffena, clerk of the municipal court.

Online readers can get on the web site, but they cannot access case information or use the online paying system at this time. These areas of the web site have been down since at least Tuesday morning.

“Our software provider is looking into the issue,” Goffena said.
