B-52s coming to Dayton Air Show

DAYTON — A Boeing B-52 Stratofortress bomber will be on display July 18-19 at the Vectren Dayton Air Show, and another will be flown over the show site at Dayton International Airport on July 18, show officials announced Monday, June 8.
The 93rd Bomb Squadron, at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., will provide the flyover. The B-52 on display will come from Minot Air Force Base, N.D.
Previously announced acts include the Air Force Thunderbirds, the Army Golden Knights parachuting team, and aerobatics pilots Patty Wagstaff and Sean D. Tucker.
Monday, general admission tickets began to be made available at Kroger stores. The air show also began selling preferred seating for the Blue Sky Chalet for $89, a discount of $15. For more, call (937) 898-5901 or go to www.DaytonAirShow.com.
